1. Q: What is your mini order quantity?

A: Usually the mini order quantity is  50-100pcs, and container order or mixed container order can always enjoy  our bottom price.

2. Q: before doing mini order or container order, can I have sample for testing? If it is, how could I get a sample?

A: Firstly, I should explain” sample” word for you. “Sample” means the first quantity under 10pcs for one kind product.

Secondly, before ordering samples from  us, please make sure that you need sample for business to check the  products quality and to evaluate the project market research firstly. We  don't supply sample for private use.

Thirdly, pls confirm with us, whether we  have sample or can produce sample for your selected/interested model.  And, for some new products, maybe we will reject to supply sample, for  some secret purposes, especially for protection of property, so well  understanding much appreciated, but our old customers excepted (who has  ordered one container at least from us).

Fourthly, if we can supply the sample,  except for charging products cost and transportation cost, we also would  get necessary sample operation fees at USD$150- USD$300 for one order.  (The sample operation fees covering all the cost of paper work, for  instance, paper charge by export diversified affairs (export letter if  required by Customs)...etc.) But you are promised that we will refund  you the sample operation fees when you place more quantity order (not  less mini order quantity) or full container order and mixed full  container.

Fifthly, we will send sample to you by air or by sea after our Negotiation.

3. Q: What is your warranty? How long?

A: Our warranty is 6~12months for  gasoline engine, 120 days for other parts from the date of delivery.  This warranty does not include labor, wearing parts, and damaged parts  from accidents, abuse, and shipping cost.

4. Q: If I get warranty part broken, or when you have problem of the products, what should you do for us?

A: Usually you should send the defected or broken parts back to us, because:

1). we need to verify your replacement part is the correct one to send to you.

2). we require the part back so we may  monitor defective parts and notify the correct manufacturer or potential  future problems or recalls.

3). we need to verify that your part is in fact defective. Many times we receive parts that are not defective at all.

4). Items under warranty must send parts back to get free exchanges.

However, if you don’t want to send back  the defected or broken parts to us, you can supply some proofs to let us confirm the problems, such as taking pictures or video of the defected or broken parts, show the testing papers or others, then we will estimate the problem, after we will send new parts. 

5. Q: If I order full container or mixed full container, what preponderant business terms for us?

A: We will offer 1% spare parts for free when you buy full container.

The parts include brake bar, brake  cable, assembly switch and cables, handle bar, front light, turning  lights, rear lights, battery case, mirror, pedal, stand, plastic cover,  tires, rim, spoke, seat, basket, bulb, front fork, handle bar etc.

However, usually, if clients order full  or mixed full container, we will suggest clients to get more parts for  repaired preparing, then according to the clients’ order parts  information and quantity, we will supply some free spare parts and more  free spare parts. It is worth, useful and can save cost for clients to  get more spare parts to do after sales service well.

6. Q: Can I place an order under my own brand name?

A: Normally, -if you order samples order, we can not do that for you.

-If you order within mini order quantity, we can do that for you after you pay for the brand sticker cost.

-If you can order full container or  mixed full container, no problem, we would do your brand sticker on your  products without any charge.

And, please make sure your own brand name is legal and not pirate.

7.  Q: If I want to become your sole distributor in our city or our area or  our state, or our country, what are your terms for cooperation?

A: We are looking for agent and dealer  in worldwide to introduce our products. The agent or dealer must have  sales experience, technical personnel, show rooms, parts supply and  professional service experience in the motor field.

-If your order amount can be worth  USD$30,000 ----$80,000 per month, you can become our sole distributor in  your city or your area.

-If your order amount can be worth above USD$80,000 –$200, 000 per month, you can become our sole distributor in your state.

-If your order amount can be worth above USD$200,000, you can become a sole agent in your country.

And extra exciting encouragement:

In 12months(from your first order time  calculated to 12months), except for 1% easy broken spare part for free  in each container, we also will refund the worth money to your account,  or discount the worth money to your next order, or supply the worth  money products or spare parts to you. The terms are as follows:

-if your orders’ total amount can be worth USD$300,000 to USD$599,999, we will refund 0.4% money (total amount).

-if your orders’ total amount can be worth USD$600,000 to USD$1,399,999, we will refund 1% money (total amount).

-if your orders’ total amount can be worth above USD$1,400,000, we will refund 2% money (total amount).

Such as, you first order starts in July,  2010, and by the end of July,2011, your orders’ total amount is  USD$600,100, then on Auguest,2011, we will refund money USD$6001 to you,  or discount USD$6001 in your next order, or supply USD$6001 products or spare parts to you.

Or, if your orders’ total amount is USD$400,000, we will refund USD1600 to you, or discount USD$1600 in your next order, or supply USD$1600 products or spare parts to you.
